Vinyasa Flow

This class involves mindfulness movement meditation, smooth transition from asana to asana (pose), like a dance, improving focus and breath linked movement; involving greater focus and breathing control. This class was designed to get your blood flowing, develop heat in the body which has a multitude of benefits for overall health.


MoonYasa

Michelles hybrid Flow of Moon and Vinyasa. As a Moon Flow sequences is to create a cooling affect within the system, a Vinyasa Flow is sequenced to create heat. Just in any type of exercise there is benefit of a warm up (creating heat) and a cool down. As we bring these two together it creates a harmonious Flow providing a relaxed state. And it’s fun!


Reset and Restore

This class is suitable for everyone and anyone who needs to recharge themselves midweek, relax, stretch out, clear out old energy to make room for new. It involves a creative mix of soft and strong, Yin and Gentle Flow mindful movement which will allow space to connect, realign and refresh. This class will assist you in strengthening and building confidence in your current or new practice. This class will certainly improve your sleep, regulate your hormones, improve mood and overall make you feel good! Come get some R&R!

Attention mommy’s! This class was naturally designed for you! Depletion of our mind and body can put a toll on us from pregnancy all the way through post birth and beyond. This class can help reset and restore some of what you feel like has been lost, simply providing you the support and energy to rediscover and move forward in mind body and soul.

Gentle Flow

This class is a hybrid of Hatha and Vinyasa. The pacing of this class involves slower, longer stretching movement that incorporates the breath and meditation.
