This is a closed offering for returning participants of my past workshops, retreats, or coaching programs who are looking for continued support, integration, and connection.

Each month, we gather to:

• Tend to the body, mind, and heart

• Deepen your relationship with the Self

• Explore somatic and energetic practices for clarity, grounding, and embodiment

• Share, reflect, and be witnessed in a supportive space

Important to know:

• TLC is not open to the public, but you’re welcome to join if you’ve participated in a previous offering

• A Zoom link and date will be emailed to registered participants at the start of each month

• The room closes at 7:05 PM — please arrive on time
