This is an intensive workshop through SomaSoul Embodiment.

This 4-week closed intimate committed workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, connected, and in tune with themselves. Whether you often feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to honor your needs, this workshop offers a safe compassionate space to explore and build inner trust and confidence.

Using somatic (body-based) practices and guided reflection, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s cues, ease self-doubt and guilt, and begin setting boundaries that support a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

Weekly Overview:

Week 1 – Reconnecting with Your Body

Week 2 – Guilt, Shame & the Fear of Boundaries

Week 3 – Internal Boundaries & Self-Trust

Week 4 – Speaking & Holding Internal & External Boundaries

*Integration & Embodiment Ritual
